I found the location ideal, very close to key attractions. the staff was accommodating . i appreciated having immediate access to nearby shops, too, though the stairs were a little steep. the convenience to public transport was especially useful for exploring further afield. I could get around easily.
the bathroom was very small! it was a bit inconvenient.

The lack of proper heating was a MAJOR issue. My room was uncomfortably cold during my entire stay. I requested an extra blanket and received a flat refusal. The thin sheets provided little warmth. This resulted in significant discomfort.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for exploring. i found a lovely cafe just around the corner. they provided coffee in the morning and gave excellent recommendations for local activities.

the location proved very convenient. it was within a short distance of many attractions, a real benefit. the staff offered friendly service, they assisted with calling a taxi, this was very helpful during a downpour.
the towel bars were not present in the bathroom , making it difficult to reuse towels.
